Mike was great. Offered and provided a conference call with my brother and me, so we could understand the process, any pros and cons, and broke everything down, along with answering any questions or concerns that we had. Although I wasn’t able to be added to the refinance, he got me added to the deed, so I can be added next time my wife refinances.
