We began our home-buying journey with a lender that our real estate agent referred us to. It was a bumpy road and after 30 days we still weren’t able to close on our new home. The lender kept having us jump through more and more hoops. It was extremely stressful, to say the least! I had lost all faith in the lender and felt that we needed to make a switch or risk losing our dream home.

Within 24 hrs I had a pre-approval to give my real estate agent and our loan was closed in just under 3 weeks. That was with the Thanksgiving holiday! Rachel, the loan processor, was also amazing.
