We always knew what the next step was going to be, she spoke in terms we could understand, and she was always right on top of things and didn’t ask for countless, unnecessary documents to be provided.
We had a special circumstance in our finances and she made sure to get a full understanding of what that was and then worked within our means to get this communicated and approved by the underwriter.
