Caroline Kelly is the newest addition to our corporate office here in Chandler, AZ! Caroline will help continue the outstanding service and human touch that Geneva Financial strives for!

As our new Quality Control Manager, Caroline brings over 20 years of mortgage experience to Geneva. Starting as a processor, Caroline moved onto underwriting before starting the career path as a QC underwriter. In her previous role as a QC manager, Caroline developed and streamlined a QC process that simplified the process for closing loans, quickening the turnaround time from start to finish.
Caroline emphasizes the importance of communication within her team and aims to foster Geneva’s culture and make every department’s role in the loan process easier. Always trying to innovate, Caroline plans on not only meeting the high quality expectations of Geneva, but strengthening and taking them to new heights.
Now residing in Arizona, Caroline is a native of the San Francisco bay area. In her free time, Caroline enjoys traveling across the country with her husband and two sons, attending whatever tournament their teams are playing in. Caroline is an avid fan of the San Francisco 49ers, San Francisco Giants, and Golden State Warriors. When she’s not watching sports, Caroline is often outside playing with her two huskies, Gretzky and Gordie!
