Manny Charles is awesome. He is meticulous and ensures that the process is explained every step of the way. The videos are helpful and he is always available to walk you through things as many times as necessary. My loan process was more involved due to manual underwriting but Manny was always there providing the reassurance I needed to stick with the process although at times I felt like giving up.
At times when I was anxious, he provided a voice of calm and wisdom. I can’t say enough good things about Manny and his team. The outcome proves he’s the best in his field. Today thanks to Manny Charles and his team at Geneva Financial I closed on my dream home. I am totally over the moon. Awesome job and thank you.
