Very pleased with Geneva Financial, especially with our loan officer Austin Kummer. We purchased a home in Portland and originally went with BofA as our lender, but there were too many delays and snags. We had to switch lenders two weeks before closing and contacted Austin based on the recommendation of our real estate agent. I’m confident that had we not switched to Austin as our loan officer we wouldn’t be in this home. He was extremely responsive, on top of things, and easy to work with.
